A Open Mind Consultoria Esta a Recrutar Coordenador da Cadeia de Suprimentos (m/f). Kz‎ 1.600.000,00 – 2.200.000,00 (Angolan kwanza)

Main responsibilities

• Processes validation : Booked Processes Status Update – PF confirmation: Value/Qty/Grade – System PO approval – ETA Update – Factory manager confirmation;
• MRP: System Link to working file – BOM extraction and Integration in file – Stock forecast conversion to RM/Orders – Lead times – Extraction of order requirements based on lead times and stock movements;
• Order Placement: Negotiations with suppliers – Comparison – Reconciliation – Payments follow up with finance – claims – delivery follow up – market prices follow up;
• Purchasing Plan: Plan and coordinate requirements Limits VS Working Capital – POs – Margin calculation;
• Planning Meeting : Risks – ETAs – Actual VS Budget (Forecast / Sales / Production etc…);
• Stock movements : Driving MRP based on months coverage for each SKU in RM and FG VS Forecast / Nonmoving – slow-moving – excess;
• ​​Plan, coordinate and supervise purchases made by the company;
• Make one-off purchases of more specific materials;
• Coordinate and supervise the movement of materials between centers;
• Monitor the purchasing process: Payments, Control delivery times with the supplier and coordinate the entire logistics process;
• Manage working capital;
• Evaluate the performance of suppliers;
• Carry out market research;
• Prepare monthly reports;
• Negotiate with suppliers
• Sourcing & Procurement;
• Negotiate contracts;
• Perform other tasks related to the function, at the discretion of the hierarchical superior;
• Supervise the work of purchasing technicians and administrative assistants;
• Evaluate the performance of department employees.

Requirements

• Degree in Management, Administration, Logistics or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years of experience;
• Portuguese and English speaking
• Customer service;
