DHL Global Forwarding Angola has an opening for an IT Intern where you will provide day-to-day administrative support for IT programs and activities to achieve functional priorities and deliver systems/ applications development, hardware acquisition and integration requirements in line with overall business plans and objectives, and Group guidelines and policies. In this IT Intern position

• You will under close supervision support IT programs and activities to deliver set objectives and targets.
• You will under direct supervision gather information and data for business requirements reviews.
• You will provide day to day support in implementing prescribed system process analysis tools and methods and record business processes and metrics.
• You will provide basic support in reporting and document ways in which applications/ systems interact to support business processes.
• You will check recurring routine tasks related to software testing and debugging as per plans to ensure functionality and quality.
• You will draft and assist in test plans and scripts based on functional requirements and carry out test scripts using testing tools.
• You will under close supervision provide basic support to prepare user documentation based on functional requirements.
• You will support and interact primarily with colleagues of own team.
• You will communicate information that requires little explanation or interpretation.
• You will address task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationships.

Now, here’s what we need from you

• Holder of either one of the following qualification Vocational/Specialized/Technical/Certification
• 2 years’ experiences or less.
