The Engineering Manager shall be responsible for all the activities related to engineering design of the projects and field facilities.

Authorizing & approving technical/Engineering design documents & drawings
Overseeing and delegating engineering team for performing the project engineering work depending on the complexities of the project and provide Leadership and guidance during Engineering execution of projects.
Formulate Engineering Procedures & specifications well suited for business model of the company.
Coordinate with Operations team to understand requirements related with facilities and convert them to project design that ensures safe & efficient operations.
Provide inputs to finalize yearly work programs and budgets associated with them.
Monitor & drive Engineering team to ensure timely completion of work as per scheduled timelines associated for the project.
Responsible for ensuring field Engineering activities are performed as per the defined quality standards by field team & track changes for future traceability of design documents.
Developing field facilities as per high quality standards with optimizing cost, time & resources

Qualified Engineer with specialization in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with at least 20 years of experience in upstream oil and gas industry.
Previous work experience in similar position for at least 5 years within the multicultural and diverse work environment.
Flexibility to travel to Iraq for field visit is essential
Should have strong Technical & Leadership skills for Stakeholder Relationship Management
High level Team player with excellent Communication, problem Solving, Budgeting and Planning skills is required.
