1. Public Relation Officer- IRAQ

We are seeking to hire an Experienced Public Relations Officer/ Visa Officer .The desired candidate will ensure compliance with local employment regulations, support HR activities & enhance communication with local government authorities & stakeholders.

THE RESPONSIBILITY WOULD COVER:

• Ensure company compliance with local regulations pertaining to registration of Iraq Nationals and Expats nationals with
  social security department.
• Applying new Visa Applications for expatriate employees & liaising with governmental authorities.
• Ensuring timely renewals of oilfield passes (security clearances) for employees including tracking their status.
• Prepare, submit & issue work permit applications with Ministry of Labor & Social Affairs.
• Build relationships & liaise with Oilfield Regional Commanders to gain official alerts for new regulations from governmental authorities.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Public Relations, or related field.
• 5-8 years’ experience in public relations or legal operations with International Oil & Gas company within Iraq is essential
• Strong understanding of Iraqi laws & Social Security Regulations applicable for International oil & Gas companies.
